Diagnostics 

Our    free    estimates/diagnostics    include    15    minutes    of    free    services.    We    are    not    required    to    continue    our    service    without    payment    however given    your    approval    to    pay    for    the    service    we    will    continue    without    upfront    payment.    We    will    never    perform    a    service    or    repair    without    your    prior approval    &    estimate    given.

   In    the    event    an    appointment    is    canceled    for    any    reason,    future    appointments    will    require    pre-payment. There is no cancellation fee, so please be respectful.

Delivery

After    we    have    successfully    completed    the    service    your    invoice    will    be    due    in    full.    Anything    we    purchase    or    rent    for    your    service    will    be    on    the estimate    and/or    invoice    prior    to    servicecompletion.    KVS    is    not    responsible    for    delays    due    to    shipping    problems    or    vendor    delays.    KVS    shall    be responsible    to    replace,    repair    or    provide    compensation    for    any    items    damaged    due    to    negligence    on    our    part. Refunds

 Since    KVS    is    delivering    tangible    and    non-tangible    goods,    the    tangible    goods    are    subject    to    the    refund    policy    of    the    vendor.    Non tangible    goods    can    not    be    refunded.There    are    absolutely    no    refunds    available    for    services    provided.    Non-payment    of    services    will    result    in    immediate suspension    of    services    rendered.    Any    expenses    we    incur    prior    to    a    cancelation    of    a    service    will    be    due    immediately.

Referrals

 KVS    is    pleased    to    have    your    referrals    inquire    about    our    services,    however    all    referrals    must    be    verified    before    discounts    can    be    applied. 

Indemnification

 You    agree    to    indemnify    and    hold    KVS    harmless    from    any    claim    or    demand,    including    reasonable    attorneys’    fees,    made    by    any    third party    due    to    or    arising    out    of    your    use    of    the    products    provided.    KVS    shall    not    be    deemed    liable    for    any    damage    to    your    organization    or    members    due to    products    or    services    rendered. 

Change    of    Terms

KVS    reserves    the    right    to    change    the    Terms    and    Conditions    from    time    to    time.     Lawfulness:    If    any    provision    of    the    Terms    and    Conditions    are    held    by    a    court    of    competent    jurisdiction    to    be    contrary    to    law,    then    such    provision(s) shall    be    construed,    as    nearly    as    possible,    to    reflect    the    intentions    of    the    parties    with    the    other    provisions    remaining    in    full    force    and    effect.
